Recreational activities to unite teams out at sea

Sailing tour: You will explore the coast of the 3 Vilas from the sea and will get to enjoy the Posidonia that is so typical of our environment while snorkelling. Option of eating on board (picnic lunch) – Includes professional skipper.
Balís Corporate Regatta: In this regatta, you won’t need anything more than the desire to have fun and put teamwork into practice. No experience with boats is required. We provide you with the instructors who will teach you the basics of sailing. Learn to drive the sailboat with your team, and you’ll see that you’re all capable of sailing.
Inflatable towables for intense emotions while you enjoy the sea as a team (banana boat, rocket, octopus, slyder) and kayaking or paddle surf tours.

Rental of spaces for meetings or work sessions

In the social building you’ll find all the spaces for holding meetings or any type of corporate event. The rooms are designed in such a way that they can be adapted to the requirements of each activity. Projector and screen included.

Recreational activities to unite teams on land

Balís Grand Prix Gymkhana: We propose a scavenger hunt on the Club’s beach, allowing you to travel back in time to those birthday parties we had as kids many years ago. This activity is perfect for promoting values and teamwork.
Tapas Challenge: The objective is to create the best tapas dish with the available ingredients. The activity is carried out in groups and each member has a role. Once the dish is ready, it must pass several tests to win. The total duration is approximately two hours.
NASA Challenge: In this activity, the objective is to create a route that transforms energy through a series of movements that culminate in a spectacular final movement. As in any “domino effect”, in this case creativity prevails.
GRAFFITI: In this activity, which is carried out in teams, we must paint a mural through different challenges: without hands, looking in a mirror, with an eye mask on… Pure fun and creativity to connect with our peers and feel the freedom to express ourselves completely.
ESCAPE CHALLENGE: In this activity, cooperation, communication and trust are vital in order to solve the puzzle. Several clues will lead you to the final password to reach your objective… Will you be able to open the boot?
